The family requests that visitation be observed from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. June 22, 2019, and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on June 23, 2019 at Zenoria Baptist Church
Michael was born on November 13, 1963 and passed June 21, 2019; at his home in Trout, LA after a lengthy illness.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Lewis Kestner.
Michael was a proud Elder of The Jena Band of Choctaw. He worked in the oil field most of his adult life as a driller. He enjoyed watching Nascar and football, spending time outdoors, fishing, and just riding the back roads listening to music. But his favorite thing though was to spend time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, and great grandson.
Michael leaves behind his wife of 29 years Gina Doughtie Fisher, one daughter Kristy Ford and her husband Bryon; granddaughter Calla, grandsons, Elijah and Bryor, and great grandson Sam; sister Rose Greer and husband Gary, brothers Bill, Scooter (Anthony) and wife Shelia, Chipper and wife Deborah; numerous nieces and nephews.
