Hannah Joy Vaughn, 43, of Delaware passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 after on-going health issues.

Hannah was born in Bucyrus, Ohio on January 25, 1976 to Charles M. and Elizabeth A. (Brooks) Vaughn.

Hannah was a graduate of the Galion Senior High School, Class of 1994. Most important to Hannah was her family which she cherished every moment with them in her short time here on earth. She loved being in the outdoors and especially going to the beach and fishing. Hannah enjoyed shooting pool, loved art, and listening to music.

In addition to her parents, Hannah is survived by her daughter, Alexus (Clay Heminger) Holbrook of Galion; her sisters, Jaci Vaughn of Mansfield and Susanna and her daughter Charlize Leonard of Delaware, Ohio.

Hannah was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Vaughn II on October 24, 1998.

Friends may call on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm at Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way North, Galion where funeral services will follow at 2:30 pm on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, Galion with John Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
