Charles Howard Walling, 37, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2006, in an area hospital.
He was a member of West End Church of God and a 1987 graduate of Bledsoe County High School.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Walling.
He is survived by one son, Logan Walling, of Pikeville; father, Charles Walling, of Pikeville; one sister, Cynthia Thomas-Pruitt and husband, Kenneth, of Spring City; one brother, Michael Walling, of Hixson; Logan's extended family, Dana Lee, Danny and Shelia Lee, Mark and Angie Lee and Danielle and Morgan Lee.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. CST at West End Church of God with the Rev. Danny Lee officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery.
The family is being served by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home of Pikeville, where they will receive friends all day Friday.
