She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Billie Joe Bottoms, sisters Sybil Myers, Clara Robinson, Velma Walton and Effie Pipkin, brothers Joseph and Henry Nixon Jr., Daughter-in-law Karen Bottoms and grandson Mike Deno.

She is survived by her by son David Bottoms of Buckskin, IN. daughter’s Deborah (Dennis) Willis of Somerville and Darlene (Mike) Elaman of Tell City, IN. Grandchildren Jennifer Kessner, Chad (Mandy) Bottoms, Dena (Donnie) Balder, Cindy (Eric) Walker, Carrie (David) Brogan, Josh Elaman and Andy Willis. Great grandchildren Stephen and Mak Kessner, Nolan, Hadley and Saydee Bottoms, Kadance and Kimber Balder, Jonathan Walker, Mackenzie and Brylee Brogan, Sister Eula Miller of Oakland City, IN
