Jackie Carolyn (Turner-Noblitt) Starkey, 69, of Conway, went to be with her Lord on June 19, 2019 after her long battle with diabetes she finished her earthly race. She was born in Beebe, Arkansas on July 11, 1949 to the late Rev. John and Pauline Turner.

Jackie loved the Lord and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and loved by so many. She served many throughout her years, including being the caregiver for her mother in the last years of her life.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Ray Noblitt.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Starkey; daughter, Mandy (Chase) Hall of Damascus; step-children, Charity (Ricardo) Estrada of Conway, TE (Erica) Starkey of Springhill, and Sarah (Michael) Sigler of Conway; and her adored grandchildren, Oakley and Willow Hall, Nicholas and Kobe Estrada; brother, Sam (Jean) Turner of Conway; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Antioch Baptist Church in Conway on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
