Betty Ann Wilson, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 78. She was born November 26, 1940 in Phillips, Texas to Hoke Walter and Mary Evelyn (Loper) Smith.
She married Donny Gene Wilson on May 28, 1958 in Stinnet, Texas. They moved to Chickasha in 1971 from Texas. She worked at Grady Memorial Hospital for nine years and worked at Chickasha High School as a secretary. She owned and operated Lakeside Café at Lake Chickasha. Betty served as caregiver for the home bound for many years.
Betty was an avid fisherman and collected Betty Boop items.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donny Wilson on May 15, 2004, and a brother, Glenn Walter Smith(1939-1986).
Betty is survived by her sons, Gary Wilson and his wife, Darla; and Troy Wilson and his wife, Holly;
Granddaughters, Donna Herndon and Dakotah Stringfellow;
