Hartman, Phyllis R., age 89, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. She was born in Miamisburg, Ohio on June 30, 1929 to the late Fred and Amanda C. Ridinger (nee Williams).

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Conrad "Bob" Hartman; son, James "Jim" Brewer; and sister, Doris. Phyllis is survived by her loving son, David Anthony "Tony" Brewer; two grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two nieces; and a host of other family members and friends.

Phyllis worked hard and dedicated 22 years at Chrysler as a secretary. When Jim and Tony were young, she enjoyed going to all their sporting events and cheering them on. She had a passion for cooking, especially her famous chili and lasagna.
During her time with Bob, they lived in Florida for 40 years where they enjoyed boating and flying.

In loving memory of Phyllis, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society and St. Jude.

After over 40 years of marriage, Bob and Phyllis will be laid to rest together, forever holding hands in spirit, at Hillgrove Cemetery (1012 E. Central Avenue, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342) with Graveside services held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
