BRENDA BUSBY ANDREWS Passed away peacefully on the morning of June 18, 2019 at the age of 66 in Katy, Texas. She was a devoted and loving wife to Frank Andrews for 48 years and an adoring mother to her children Cary and Brandon. as well as Brandon's wife Malini Chakravarty. She was a doting Mimi (grandmother) to her Grand-dogs Duke, Ranger, Toni and Sweet Pea. She was born in Ft. McClellan Alabama to Harry Edward Busby and Jeannie Lee Busby. She was preceded in death by son Cary Andrews and father. Survived by her brother Eddie Busby, present at her passing, husband Frank, son Brandon, mother, sister Morri Adcock, brother Shayne Busby, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Raised in Alabama and Georgia she made her home in Katy, Texas since 1986. She worked at Spring Branch ISD and Katy ISD for several years as a bus driver. She loved country music and dancing. Nicknamed Scarlett by many friends due to southern charm and love of the movie Gone With the Wind. A very caring and loving individual. Throughout her life, Brenda was devoted to family and friends. She is deeply missed by all lucky enough to have known her. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Shriners Hospital for Children. A link will be added shortly.
