At the age of 9 years P. H. Judge moved with his parents to Stanstead, Canada where he resided until 1895 moving to Floyd, Iowa. He married Della Sutton February 10, 1866. In 1881 they moved to Newell, Iowa where he lived until his death. He was a member of the banking firm, Harris and Parker and later Parker, Judge and Norton. He was survived by his wife and two children, Myra, Mrs Herbert A. Havey and Harold Eugene Judge.
