Roberta Fitts Gregory age 88 of Greenbrier, died on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at The Waters of Springfield. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Bro. Bob Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00pm Austin and Bell Funeral Home Springfield and Tuesday at the Church from 2:30 until the hour of service at 3:30pm.
Roberta was born in Greenbrier on January 1, 1931 to the late Herbert Ewing and Niva May York Fitts. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Walter Lee Gregory. She retired from Bolen Leather as a sewing machine operator.
Roberta is survived by sons, David Lee (Joann) Gregory of Springfield, Walter Timothy (Brenda K.) Gregory of Greenbrier; daughter, Deborah E. (David) Norman of Clarksville, Tennessee; half brother, Cecil Fitts of Cross Plains; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
