Patty Lynn Morgan-Jackson

Patty Morgan Jackson was born on November 13, 1967 to Charles and Martha Morgan. She married Kelly Vidal Young Jackson in 2013. Patty served her country in the U. S. Marines immediately after graduating from high school. She went on to earn a bachelors degree from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Her mother Martha, and sister Paula Morgan Robinson preceded her in death. Patty departed this life on June 5, 2019. She is survived by her loving husband Kelly Vidal Young Jackson, and her special great-nephew Marthrell Robinson, whom she and her husband raised. Patty leaves nieces, nephews for whom Patty was like a second mother. Candias Morgan Tillman (Lawrence): Saniya, Carlin, and Olivia Tillman; Patrick Morgan (Mai Mack): Patrick Jr., Mai'Kayla, Mai'liyah, and Sy'ire Morgan; Jerryka Robinson: Schylar and Taylor Stevens; Martha Morgan Smith (Timothy): Marthrell Robinson, Timothy Jr., and President Smith; Jerry Robinson (Candice): Jerry III and Cameron Robinson. She leaves a host of extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends to mourn her passing. Patty was a serial entrepreneur having owned several businesses. Her current endeavor Bundt-Cake-Aholics was her greatest success. She and her husband Kelly poured their heart and soul into making the business a success. Patty was very quick-witted, funny and lived her life to the fullest. She was very proud to share with others that she was a US Marine. Patty loved all types of music, her favorite song was “Never Would Have Made it" by Marvin Sapp.

Memorial Services will be held June 21, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Tabernacle of Faith Ministries 8146 East Houston Road, Houston, Texas 77028. Pastor Brian Chambers officiating.
