Frank H. Weller, 414 South Ann street, fell dead as he walked to the linen counter to begin his days work in the Watt and Shand store about 9 oclock Saturday morning. He wa fifty-four years old.

Weller was employed by the Watt and Shand store for about 30 years. Following a long established custom he came to work early this morning and read a newspaper before the store opened. He commented about the weather and then walked towards his accustomed smtion in th store. He collapsed as he walked behind the counter and died almost instantly.

Countv Coroner Dr. A. V. Walter said death was caused by a heart attack.

Born In Manheim township he was a son of the late Stephen H. and Susan H. Weller.

He attended the Lancaster schools and about 1906 went to work for the Watt and Shand store. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational church. Surviving are his wife, who was Malinda F. Steinmetz before marriage: one daughter, Miriam, wife of John Schlotzhauer, this city and these brothers and sisters. Harry Weller, Neffvville: Jacob E. Weller, county detective: Charles Weller, Lampeter; Mrs. Frank Shirk Quarryville R. D. 1 and Mrs. John Groff. Quarryville.

Services will be held from the funeral parlors of Fred F. Groff. Inc , 234 West Orange street on Tuesdav afternoon at 3.33 o'clock with internment in Riverview Burial park. Friends may call at Groffs on Mon evening between 7 and 9 o'clock.
