Mrs. Sue Evans, age 85, of Marietta, formerly of Canton, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Fite Living Center in Cartersville.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Stan Pittman officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17th from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Sue loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Evans; parents, Buren and Maggie Worley and two brothers; survivors include her children, Cris Evans (Elaine) and Debbie Cochran; grandsons, Jason Cochran and Wesley Cochran; several nieces and nephews.
