Mr. Hodge proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. He worked for many years as a custodian for the Saugus School District. Mr. Hodge will always be remembered as a kind man who had special words of encouragement for each person he met. He wanted you to know that you were important and capable. Mr. Hodge was passionate about those that he loved, gave encouraging pep talks and when he believed in you, miraculously you believed in yourself as well. He was a Pats fan through and through and told the worst jokes which made them funnier to him. His presence in his family’s lives will be deeply missed.
