Tammy Ann (Napier) Howard, age 44, of Jackson, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born October 8, 1974 in Hazard, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Horace and Florence (Miller) Napier. She was preceded also in death by one sister: Kimberly Watkins. She is survived by her husband: Carl Clemons of Jackson, Kentucky. Three daughters: Hope Howard of Jackson, Kentucky, Kasey Howard and Cassie Howard of Decoy, Kentucky, two stepdaughters: Teea Clemons and Carla Clemons of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sons: Alex Howard of Decoy, Kentucky, Carl Aaron Clemons of Jackson, Kentucky, one sister: Regina (Shannon) Lovely of Jackson, Kentucky, one brother: Horace (Paula) Napier of Stanton, Kentucky. Special friend: Larry Spencer: One grandson: Wesley Howard. Nieces and nephews: Alexis Johnson, Natasha Hurt, Jacob Johnson, Joshua Hurt, Ray Hurt, Evan Lovely, Ethan Lovely, Eric Lovely.-Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Southfork Untied Baptist Church at Wilstacy, Kentucky with Paul Smith, Sherman Clemons and Harold Clemons officiating. Burial in the Ben Smith Cemetery at Portsmouth, Kentucky. Visitation will begin on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the church. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
