William was the son of Charles Bishop & Nannie Rowe. He was the husband of Carmel Spears and worked as a Carman for the C & O Railroad and was a veteran of World War II. William pasted away at the C & O Hospital in Huntington, WV and all that is known of his burial is that he was laid to rest in Bishop Cemetery, Greenup Co., KY.
