Elmer “Red” Dean Williams, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 14, 2019. He was born July 23,1932 in Hazard, KY to the late Bob Williams and Elizabeth Williams.
Red was a member of Emmanuel Christian Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and retired after 33 years in 1985 from Independent Concrete Pipe.
Survivors include, loving wife of 60 years Thena M. Williams; children, Robert Bailey and Kathey Bailey; 5 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren; siblings; Butch (Hazel) Williams, Linda Roddy, and Anita Newby.
He is preceded by his parents; son, James Dean Williams; and 9 siblings.
Visitation will be Monday June 17, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at G.H. Herrmann East Street Funeral Home, 1505 South East Street, Indianapolis, IN. Funeral Service will be conducted at Tuesday June 18, 2019 1:00 PM. Burial will be at New Crown Cemetery.
