Eva Christine Epps, 91, was reunited with her husband, Troy Dean Epps on June 13, 2019. Christine was blessed to live her final days surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 9, 1928, in Clarksville, TX to the late Clarence and Corda Deviney Billingsley.

She graduated from Dimple High School in Red River County. She retired from Red River Army Depot after many years as a Dietitian.

Christine’s passions were fishing, flowers and her family spending countless hours with each one. /a homemaker, Christine was preceded in death by her loving and deeply devoted husband, Troy Dean Epps of 60 years on May 15, 2008, and sister Norma Mowery.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy Dean and Rebecca of Texarkana, TX, Alan and Elizabeth of Hooks, TX; her twin sister, Eveline Billingsley Jameson of Clarksville, TX, 5 grandchildren, 9 Great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at Chapelwood Memorial Garden on Saturday, June 15th at 10 A.M. with Les Colley officiating,
