Billy passed away at Plainfield Health Care Center June 11, 2019, due to renal failure.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Robin Kimmerling and Mike Chasteen; grandmothers, Faye Chasteen and Loretta Wininger; grandfather, Bob Davis.
He is survived by four sisters, Renee (John) Stapleton, Paula Cagley, Misty (Todd) Warren, Jessica Chasteen; and brother, Jason Chasteen. He is also survived by his grandfather, Charles Wininger, his best friend, Ryan Gwaltney, and several other family members. Billy requested no services. His wish was to be cremated.
