Obituary for Steven Duane Lloyd
Steven Duane Lloyd , age, 50, of Naples, Florida, passed away suddenly and peacefully, on June 7,20199, at his parents home in Belzoni, Mississippi. Steven lived most of his life in the Belzoni area. He was born on April 20, 1969 in Isola, Mississippi to Earl and Joyce Stewart Lloyd.

Steven attend Humphreys Academy, in Belzoni before he moved to Florida and graduated from Bay High School in Panama City, Florida. He later attended William Cary School of Divinity in Hattisburg, Mississippi. Steven served in the Untied States Air Force. He was currently employed with Arthex in Naples, Florida, as a Robotic Technician.

Steven was on of a kind as his friends know. He was kind hearted, loving, sensitive, and family oriented. He was the kind of friend anyone would be fortunate to have. Most of all he loved the Lord, his daughter, family and this Country that he so proudly served. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Steven Duane Lloyd leaves to cherish their memories of him, daughter, Amelia Lloyd of Petal, Mississippi, his parents, Earl and Joyce Lloyd of Belzoni, Mississippi, sister, Stacy Marie Holeman (Jamie) of Glendora, Mississippi, brother, James Earl Lloyd (Bubba to his friends) of Isola, Mississippi, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be held at Mortimer Funeral Home Chapel in Belzoni on Friday June 14, 2019, with visitation starting at 10 AM , the service to follow at 11 AM. Interment will be in Greencrest Gardens with Military Honors.

Officiating the services will be Reverend McQuire and Reverend Clemnts. Pallbearers will be Bryan Jones, David Rainey, Randy Lloyd, Laman Turner, Johnathan Turner, Ben McGee, Jerry Stewart, Scottie Stewart, and Micheal McGee. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry McGee, A.J. Stewart, Tommy Lloyd and Ted Turner.

Mortimer Funeral Home of Belzoni is in charge of the arrangements.
