Mrs. Hardin was born on March 26, 1935, in Oklahoma, to Robert and Agnes Crow and came to Arizona with her family in 1941. She attended Casa Grande Union High School, where she was an honor roll student.
She owned and operated Hardin Refrigeration Inc. with her husband, Marlin, for 44 years until his death in 2005. She then worked for Kia’s Air Conditioning & Heating until retiring in March 2008.
She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ since childhood. She enjoyed reading, baking, crocheting and ceramics and spent many happy hours tending the roses and citrus trees in her yard. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren always held a special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin B. Hardin Sr.; and sons: Chris A. Anderson and Marlin B. Hardin Jr.
She is survived by six daughters, Debra Kendle, of Stillwater, OK, Cynthia Estrada, of Stanfield, Valerie Bartlett, of Old Lyme, CT, Shirley Worthington, of Port St. Lucie, FL, Tomi James and Mildred Lopez, both of Casa Grande; three sons: Jack Hardin, of Arizona City, Jake Hardin, of Vancouver, WA, and Bob Hardin of Fort Worth, TX; two brothers: Bob Crow, of Lodi, CA, and Ben Crow, of Casa Grande; 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Private interment with her husband in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.
