Scott Allen Weaver, 48 years old, of Milan, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the University Hospital in, Columbia, Missouri.
Scott was born on July 17, 1970 in Milan, Missouri. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Mason of Milan, his father Larry and wife Lisa Weaver of Milan, three brothers, Brian and wife April Weaver of Green City, Missouri, Denny Weaver of Milan, and Charles Lee “Doc “ Weaver of Milan, one sister, Misty and husband Wayne Smith of Milan, a special friend, Amanda, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dewey and Annabel Mason and paternal grandparents, Charles and Doris Weaver.
Scott was a lifelong resident of Milan and graduated from Milan C-2 High School in 1989. He worked for ConAgra for several years. For the past few years he was a resident at the Milan Care Center.
Scott was a member of the Baptist Church. He liked to playing cards and pool. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Schoene Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. A visitation is scheduled at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the funeral home until the time of service.
