Paula Denton Murphy was the son of the late Walter Clint and Effie(Cloyd)Murphy and the husband of Wilma(Brown) Murphy, who survives. Other than his wife he is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Eddie Paul and Patsye Murphy, Barry Neal and Stacy Murphy; Dewayne and Vicky Barnett; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Leo Copass and Cheryl and Anthony Graham, all of Tompkinsville. Paula was employed by the City of Tompkinsville City Police Department for over 30 years, having worked as a policman and later as a dispatcher. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of First Baptist Church in Tompkinsville.
