ELKHART- Michael Allen Spencer Mattox, 31, of Elkhart, passed away due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, on Sunday June 9, 2019.
He was born on December 26, 1987 to Christine (Sailor) Krieger.
Mike is survived by: his mother and father, Christine and Terry Krieger of Elkhart, his three children; Mikel Mattox, Kairi Mattox, Klair Mattox, the mother his children, Ellen Douglas, her mother and father, David and Laura Douglas, three sisters, Rebecca Krieger, Heather Mattox, Chelsea Mattox, maternal grandparents; Patty (Jerry) Homer, John (Diane Wilber) Sailor, paternal grandparent, Shirley Krieger, a maternal great grandparent, Eleanor Jones, and numerous other family members.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Richard Sailor.
Friends and family may visit an hour prior to the 2:00 PM service on June 15, 2019 at the Ontwa Baptist Church at 69946 Elkhart Rd. Edwardsburg, Mi.
Burial will take place in Adamsville Cemetery at a later date.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his children, building things, was a people person, and he was the life of the party.
