Herbert, age 66, passed away at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center in Coffeyville. He was the son of Burl and Lorene (Marrs) French. He graduated from Alluwe High School in Alluwe, Oklahoma. He married Jo Ann Robinson on December 24, 1976.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Carol J. French. Survivors include his wife.
