Cynthia Jordan, affectionally called "Nans" by her grandkids was called to take her rest peacefully on June 2, 2019. She was born on June 8, 1960 to Jeffrie (Jeffie) Jordan and Mary June Jordan in Huntsville, Alabama. Her father, Jeffrie Jordan preceded her in death.

Cynthia matriculated through the Huntsville City School System and upon completing her education, she then received her CNA Certification and worked in her field of choice.

Cynthia was employed with the Chrysler Cooperation for over 20 years until she retired. Everyone that ever crossed her path knows what a character she could be and how funny she was. She would keep you laughing, especially when it came to her "spot on" impersonations. She will be missed greatly by ALL.

She leaves to cherish her memories: devoted companion, John "JT" Gurley of Huntsville, AL; devoted children: her loving son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Jalisa Jordan of Harvest, AL and two loving daughters, Nichole Jordan and Micki Jordan of Huntsville, AL; four grandchildren, whom she loved dearly: Jamare Jordan, Mya Jordan and Stephen Che'Menju Jr., all of Huntsville, AL, Indi Raine Jordan and Samira Irby, both of Harvest, AL; her adoring mother, Mary June Jordan of Huntsville, AL; three sisters: Pamela Jordan, Anderia M.
