He retired from the city of Louisville street maintenance as a heavy equipment operator.
Eddie was preceded in death by his mother Elvie Burnett Brown and siblings, Ada Pauley, Janet McCormick, and Jerry Lee Brown.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 50 years, Anna Brown; children, Kenny Brown (Christy), Michael Brown (Heather), and Angela Goldsmith (E.B.); grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Caly Brown, Aiden Brown, Brittney Brown, Darren Brown, and Isabella Goldsmith; siblings, Joyce Hornback (Lonnie) and Donald R. Brown (Julie); and sister-in-law, Charlene Heath.
The funeral service will be held Monday, June 10, 2019 at 10 am with entombment at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 pm-8 pm at the funeral home.
