She was born Sept. 23, 1970 in Granite City, IL to Sondra Lee (Thomas) Crisel of Granite City and the late Ronald Gerald Lowe.

Angela had worked as a home health care personal assistant.

Visitation was held Thurs. Jan. 19, 2017 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory. Angela was interred on June 7, 2019.
