SEAY, Robert "Bobby," 69, of Sandston, passed away on June 3, 2019, after a short battle with brain cancer. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carol Seay; two loving daughters, Mary "Beth" and Jennifer "Re-Re" Seay; one brother, Kevin Seay (Vanessa). He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Libbie Seay; and an older brother, Sammy Seay. He served as a firefighter for 35 years for the City of Richmond. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to brain cancer research.
