Dennis Lynn Ray, age 65 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on Sunday June 02, 2019 in Clovis, New Mexico, at home surrounded by the love of his family.

Dennis was born September 19, 1953 to Sherman Ray and Geraldine Wretling in Granite City, Illinois. Dennis retired from the USAF in 1998 and then retired from teaching in 2019.

Dennis was preceded in death by his son Christopher, his father, Sherman and sister Bonnie.

Dennis is survived by his wife Sharon Ray of the family home. Son; Steven Ray and spouse Celica of Dalhart, Texas. Daughters; Sarah Stubbs and spouse Andy of Portales, New Mexico; April Ray Obermier and spouse Terry of Mary Esther, Florida; Catherine Ray of Okaloosa Island, Florida. Parents; Geraldine Ray of Pocahontas, Illinois. Sisters Annette Milton & spouse Keith of Wordon, Illinois, Susan Sperranda & spouse Neil of Pocahontas, Illinois.

Burial will be in Leasburg, Missouri with full military honors.
