Billy was a lifetime Sand Springs resident, graduating from Charles Page High School. He was a heavy equipment operator at his father's landfill, Shellrock Landfill, and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
Survived by three children; two brothers; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents; sister, Loradel Kim Ray.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday 12-8 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Family and friends are invited to visit Burns Cemetery on Thursday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
