Mr. Harold "Red" Hardin, 84, of Salem, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017, at his home.

Mr. Hardin was a member of Creekside General Baptist Church, and a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army 3rd Armored Division as a tank operator. He was retired as a 40-year employee of the Salem Telephone Company.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Hardin of Salem, Kentucky; son, Harold Wayne Hardin (Carla) of Salem, Kentucky; sisters, Francis Croft of Lake Station, Indiana, and Bernice Guess of Marion, Kentucky; grandchildren, Amy Hardin Quertermous (Jerrod) of Salem, Kentucky, and Erica Nichole Hardin.
