Mr. Lowell W. Webb, 77, a resident of Glen Burnie, MD for over 20 years and formerly of South Baltimore, died on June 3, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Webb was born on February 2, 1942 in West Virginia to the late Conley and Ruby Webb. In addition to his parents, Mr. Webb is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 28 years, Shirley Jean Webb; brothers, George, Buddy, and Jimmy Webb and Henry Sparks; and sister, Sheila.

He served in the Maryland National Guard in the early 1960s. He then began working for Southern States Feed Mill in South Baltimore where he served for over 30 years before retiring in 1995. During that time, Lowell and his wife, Shirley, raised 10 children. In his free time, he enjoyed raising vegetables, doing yard work, and hunting.

He is survived by his sons, Chuck (Brenda) of West Virginia, Glen (Kay) of Glen Burnie, Jerry (Maggie) of Glen Burnie, Brian of Glen Burnie, Jimmy of Glen Burnie, and James of North Carolina; daughters, Linda, Wanda (Jose) of North Carolina, Tonya of Baltimore, and Christina (Sammy) of North Carolina; brother, Pete Sparks of Dundalk; 20 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Friends called on Wednesday, June 5 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where services were held on Thursday, June 6 at 2 p.m.

Burial was made in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
