Jaclyn Counts-Johnson, 46, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011. She was born February 13, 1965. Jaclyn married Anthony Johnson on August 8, 2003. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Art and Ethel Counts, and two brothers, Alan and Chris Counts. She leaves behind two sons, Charles Counts (J.R.) and Andrew Fairchild; two grandchildren, Maree Counts and Asher Fairchild; and also many friends and relatives. There will be a Memorial Jam on Wed., June 15, at Throttle- back Bar in North Topeka from 6:30 9:30 p.m. and a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, on the west side of Lake Shawnee in Ensley Botanical Gardens.
