Funeral services for Marvin G. Goodwin, 37, were scheduled for Monday at 2 p.m. at the First Methodist Church with Rev. W. H. Vanderpool officiating assisted by Rev. A. J. Morgan.
Mr. Goodwin died of heart failure on a pullman while en route to Clarksville, Tenn.
The body was brought to Breckenridge Sunday afternoon.
Mr. Goodwin is survived by his wife Mrs. Phylis Goodwin; his mother, Mrs. Lily Goodwin, four brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers are Otis Hittson, Merle Hittson, Sam Matlock, Jap Stoker, Ruel Stoker, and Johnny Davis.
Interment will be at the Moon Ranch Cemetery.
Thompson-Kiker is in charge of arrangements.
