Mary Ann Bailey, 78, of Star City, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 17, 1941, in Morrilton, to George and Ina Stokes Fischer.
She attended the Annunciation Academy.
Mrs. Bailey was a woman of Christian faith, loving grandmother, member of the Garden Club in Star City and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Bailey; sons, Jimmy Wayne Bailey and David Bailey (Wanda); her parents; sister, Carolyn Fischer; grandchildren, Amber Bailey, David Bailey, Jr., Chris Moss, Crystal Moss, Amanda Bailey and Maranda Holstead.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Herrington of Star City and Julie Derris (John) of Alexander; sisters, Liz Knight (Jimmy) of Pine Bluff, Cathy McCoy (James) of Bucryrus, Kansas and Martha Rushing of Pine Bluff; brother, Joe Fischer (Stella) of Star City; grandchildren, Dustin Owen, Candace Chapman (Terrell), Shannon Denmon (Lance), J.J. Bailey, Tyler Bailey, Chance Bailey, Glenda Moss, Angie Rice and Tina Bojack Hicks; grandson-in-law, Joe Holstead of Star City; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel with Brother David Leopard and Brother Chip Wallace officiating.
Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
