Willard was born in Rockbridge, Missouri, Ozark County, and was a longtime resident of the Republic area. He retired as a professional truck driver after 45 years on the road.
Willard and Patsy Samuels' were united in marriage on December 3rd, 1959 in Greene County, Missouri.
Preceding him in death was his parents, six sisters-Goldie, Elmie, Mable, Jewell, Rosie, and Louise; five brothers- Edgar, Eddie, Edward, Alvia, James, and granddaughter- Heather.
He is survived by his wife, Pasty, daughters and son-in-law, Glenda and Mike Guinn, and Pam Mueller, one son and daughter-in-law, Stan and Tammy Brown; six grandchildren- Ryan, Erik, Amber, Stephanie, Nichole, and Michelle, nine great grandchildren- Ameila, Charles, Erika, Gage, Mason, Caiden, Bentley, Hunter, and Braelyn, one brother- John Brown.
Burial in Ash Grove Cemetery Ash Grove, Missouri.
