Becky was born February 10, 1941 in Livingston, TX to Arnold and Agnes Alexander.
She attended Livingston schools and graduated from Livingston High School in 1959. On September 9, 1961, she married the love of her life, T. H. Stotts. Becky and T. H. met while working for the J. B. White Co. chain of retail stores. Soon after getting married, T.H. and Becky moved to Hearne, TX where they lived for nearly 30 years. In the early years, Becky was an active member of the First Baptist Church and Music Lovers Club in Hearne. She loved all types of music and enjoyed singing, playing the piano and dancing. She was an excellent gardener and cook and was especially fond of baking during the holidays. Later in her life, her love of children drew her to teaching preschool until she took on the role of devoted caregiver for her mother, Agnes, and husband, T. H., when they were ill.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and John Nagy; son and his partner, Kevin Stotts and Joe Corner; granddaughter and her husband, Amber and Clint Johnson; granddaughter, Ashley Nagy; grandson, Jacob Nagy; great grandchildren, Natalie and Riley Auld; brother, Arnie Alexander; sister, Peggy Meredith and her son Troy; brother-in-law Don Stotts and his wife Pat, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, and by her parents Arnold & Agnes, and sister-in-law, Ginger Alexander.
Services for Becky Stotts were held at the Pace Funeral Home.
Becky will be laid to rest in the Alexander family cemetery.
