Vint Ferguson, 89, of Willow Hill, died at 7:25 p.m. Sunday at St. Anthony Hospital, Effingham, where he was taken from Newton Rest Haven.
He was born Dec. 1, 1880 in Jasper County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Ferguson.
His wife, Florence, preceded him in death.
Surviving are three sons, Forrest of Greenup, Ray of Newton, and Leroy of Willow
Hill; and a brother, Everett of Willow Hill.
The body is at the Marshall Funeral Home, where arrangements are incomplete.
