He was born in Cleveland County. He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Bolin. Mr. Bolin was a member of First Baptist Church, Grover, and served in the United States Army during theVietnam War.
He loved all kinds of sports.
He is survived by his parents, J. D. Bolin and Alma Louise Peterson Bolin of Grover; his son, Kenny Bolin, of Florida; daughter, Cheryl Ann Bolin of Lawrence, Mass.; sister, Linda Bolin of Grover; and two grandchildren.
Viewing: The body will be available for viewing from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain.
Graveside Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Grover Cemetery
