In 1973, Daniel began working for Carr Dirt Moving. In the years to come, he worked various jobs in construction and heavy machinery operating. In 1987, Daniel owned and operated Mr. C’s Engine Repair. In 1989, he began working for Peter Kewitt and moved to Arkansas. In 1998 he retired from Peter Kewitt and began to make his home in Wilcox and worked for CPI.
He loved to spend time with all his grandchildren. Daniel was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved to be outdoors, and enjoyed traveling and bowling.
He was preceded in death by; his parents; and grandparents.
Survivors include: his daughters: Tashia Carr and her fiancé, Paul Bojanski of Louisville, NE; and Gwendalyn Severns and her significant other, David Clay, Jr. of Angleton, TX; seven grandchildren: Patricia, Nathan, Rylee, Justis, Bradley, Trinity, and Chance; siblings: Glenda Parker and her husband, Neal of Johnson Lake; Russ Carr; and Randy Carr and his wife, Tracy, all of Wilcox; and Gene Carr of Kearney; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; along with other loving relatives and many friends.
