Harry Eberhart was born on December 18, 1885 in Nashville, Tennessee, the son of William F Eberhart and Mary Jane (Bradford) Eberhart (1861–1918).

He had been married on September 25, 1915 in Pontiac, Michigan to Willie Florence -- , and they were divorced in December 1923.

He was a retired painting contractor and member of Tulip Street Methodist Church, he had moved to Saint Louis, Missouri about 1936 before returning to Nashville about 1950. Living at 302 Sylvian Street, he was 66 years old and no longer married when he died of prostate cancer on February 26, 1952 at Werthan Rest Home in Nashville.

Survivors included his sister Mrs T C Barbour of Nashville and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held on February 28th at Cosmopolitan Funeral Home, and burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville, with nephews serving as Pallbearers.
