Deborah M. Farmer, 63, of 22 Bucktown Road, unexpectedly passed away Saturday afternoon, May 25, 2019 at her home.
Deborah was born February 10, 1956 in Massena the daughter of the late Howard H. and Vivian M. (Gurrola) Farmer. She attended schools in Massena. She was married to Kenneth White, which later ended in divorce.
Deb was a bartender working at the Albion for 12 year and more recently the AMVETS. She also worked for 23 years for Ames Department Store and for a brief time at Big Lots. She enjoyed camping, watching the sunsets, going to the beach, and being with friends.
She is survived by her children, Chris White of Waddington and Mitz White of Massena; her grandchildren, Kirsten Nason and Rile White; and a great grandchild, Ashton Dunn. She is also survived by her sisters, Carol and Richard Goolden of Massena and Saundra Adams of Massena; her brothers, Wayne and Carol Farmer of Bedford, Indiana and Steven and Nancy Farmer of Massena; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Joel Farmer on June 28, 1991.
A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 1-4:00 PM at the AMVETS on the River in Massena.
