Carl “David” Rowe, 49, of Culpeper, Va. passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. He was born on April 3, 1970. David was a kind, loving father and son and will be missed dearly by so many. His smile, laid-back personality, and ability to talk endlessly to his family, friends, and people he just met are traits many will remember when we think of him. David worked for Sandy Hall at Taft Construction for the last 5 years.
He is survived in death by his parents, Thomas Rowe, Connie & Albert “Bud” Rowe. He is preceded in death by his sister, Rhonda Rowe, brother James Anthony Rowe, grandparents, Kenneth & Mary Ellen Moore and Albert & Nora Rowe. He is survived in death by his brothers, Thomas Rowe, Jr., Henry Rowe, Joey Rowe, and Wayne Rowe. His sons, Joshua David Rowe, James “Alex” Rowe, their mother, Angela Zamudio and half-sister, Chloe Zamudio. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Julie Corbin.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Mineral, Va.
