Frances E. Hoffman, 83, of DuBois, passed away at 12:42 P.M., Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Washington County Hospital in Nashville, IL.

Frances had been a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in DuBois. Frances had been a member of the St. Theresa Altar Sodality and Catholic Daughters.

She was born August 12, 1935 at Chicago, IL, the daughter of Adam and Julia (Kluta) Wisowaty.

She married Sylvester Hoffman on October 12, 1957 at St. Charles Catholic Church in DuBois and he preceded her in death on March 30, 2005.

She is survived by two daughters, all of DuBois, one granddaughter of Lake of O’Fallon, one great granddaughter of O’Fallon, four sisters of Indiana, all of Chicago.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son - Leonard Hoffman, and one sister - Katie.

Private graveside service will be at the St. Charles Cemetery in DuBois with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery at DuBois, IL.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
