Christopher Gene Taylor Pate, 20 of Delight Arkansas went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2019. “Taylor” as he was known to his family and friends was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 21, 1998 to Christopher James and Julie Marie (Goodwin) Pate.

Taylor was a kind- hearted young man, who always wore a smile. Taylor was a 2017 graduate of Blevins High School, member of Crossroads Assembly of God Church, he enjoyed being involved with Foreign Exchange Students a 4-H Alumni known for his Bar-B-que at the state level competitions. Taylor loved the outdoors; Kayaking, fly fishing but his passion was always cooking earning him a degree and title of Chef from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in December 2018.

He is preceded in death by his sister Skyler Goodwin. Those whom will celebrate his memories are his parents; paternal grandparents, Jerry & Sue Pate of Glenwood; maternal grandparents, Ron & Kathy Goodwin of Antoine; numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins including Monica & Anna whom were very special in his heart.

A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home. Service will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Delight Assembly God Church with Brother Danny Eckart officiating and interment to follow.Added June 2,2019 at 7:20 pm
