Tracy Lynn Graham age 48, of Glade Springs, Daniels WV, passed away
of a sudden illness at home on May 24,2019. She is the beloved wife patrick
Graham and mother of 13 yr. old Lukacs Eli; 10 yr. old daughter Mary Katherine, all
residing at their home, and son Jeffery Lee Growe 29, of Pineville WV. Tracy was
born April 29,1971 in Raleigh County WV, the daughter of Arnold "Sam" Sparks, Jr.
and Susan Shields Manual of Ga.
During her childhood Tracy was blessed with the loving home of Emilene and
Arnold Spark Sr, her father "Sam" and stepmother LuAnn, bother Dustin, aunts Patsy,
Gwen and uncle Steve. Tracy's' fondest memories were blessed with joy of a
close and loving family community. Throughout her life, she spoke lovingly of aunts
& uncle as though they were sisters and brothers: Patsy and husband Billy Dalton;
Gwen and husband Jack Lane of Pineville WV, and Steve and wife Teresa Sparks of
NC.
Tracy was a graduate of Pineville High School, and attended Southern Community
College and Bluefield State. She was a successful businessperson in her early career
before later joyfully devoting her full time as mother and a former Girl Scout leader.
Family members preceding Tracy in death are grandfather Arnold Sparks,Sr. and
her best friends aunt Patsy Sparks Dalton and step-mother LuAnn Colucci Sparks, all
of Pineville and her mother-in-law "Mammy''who Ioved and adored her, Helen Irene
Graham of Wyoming WV.
Tracy and Patrick were ioined in marriage on June 26,2005 by Bishop Edward
Laxton (brother-in-law) in the Chapel of The Church off Jesus Christ LDS in Welch
WV with a host of friends and family attending.
Tracy is the sister-in-law of Yolanda Graham, Judy McNair, Beverly Riling all of
Wyoming WV; Barbara Laxton, Pineville; Francis Mikles, Fairmont WV, and Betty
Asbury (deceased) of Raysell WV, all which referred to her as "sister" Tracy because
of her sweet personality and spirit and; all greatly admired her special motherhood
qualities. She will be sadly missed by husband Patrick's chidren and 11 grandchildren
: Patrick II and 3 children offefferson City Tn; daughter Valerie, husband
Jeff and 4 childern of Kansas City.
; and daughter Lana and husband Shaun Harris and their 4 children ofCorbin Ky.
In her last 14 years Tracy loved life as a housewife mother. The previous 3 school
years she home schooled her children Lukacs and Mary Katherine. Tracy described
home school as her greatest motherhood experience. Home schooling was the
inspiration that began the Graham family tradition of Sunday worship and
devotional services, which all family members participated in Bible study and
discussion.
To all that knew Tracy would remember her special motherhood gift and agree with
children Lukacs and Mary Katherine, anf Jeffery and husband Patrick, Tracy was the
Worlds Best Mother.
The family will receive friends at Evans-Calfee Funeral Services in Pineville WV on
May 29,2019 between the hours of 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Following a brief intermission,
funeral services will begin at 7:00pm in the Chapel officiated by Rev. Michael Knotts
and Bishop Edward La
