In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by four children, Quinton Bell of Quinby, Monica B. Tilghman of Bloxom, VA, Vicky Bagwell and her husband, Sean, of Bloxom, and H.M. Bell of Onancock, VA; two brothers, H. Waymon Bell and his wife, Mary Jennings, of Belle Haven, VA, and Stuart P. Bell and his wife, Jo Ann, of Wachapreague, VA; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Quinby Cemetery with Reverend Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Exmore Baptist Church, 11624 Occohannock Road, Exmore, VA 23350.
