Earl Dennis Morgan, age 69, of the Camp Creek Community died Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Greeneville Community Hospital East.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years: Kathy Morgan; son: Ray and Georgia Morgan of Lakeland, FL; daughters: Denise Grubb of Greeneville and Donna Ellison and fiance’ John Hensley of Greeneville; his fur baby: Tinkerbell; grandchildren: Michael Ellison of Newport, Jayden Ellison, Matthew Hartline, and Chloe Grubb all of Greeneville, Mary Morgan Blitch, Jessica Morgan Rines, Michael Morgan, Justin Morgan, and Amber Locke all of Lakeland, FL; great grandchildren: Hunter Ellison, Zavier Rines, Bailey Rines, Zayne Rines, Madelyn Blitch, Natalie Blitch, Myles Morgan, Easton Morgan, Journee Locke, and Jessie Locke; sister: Linda and Billy Wilburn; special sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Steve and Sarah Cornwell.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Bessie Morgan.
The Morgan family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, May 27, 2019 at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 8:00 pm in the Chapel of Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. Rev. Buster Shelton will be officiating. Everyone is asked to meet by 10:00 am Tuesday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home to go in procession to Shelton Mission Cemetery for an 11:00 am Graveside Service. Pallbearers will include: Jeremy Tarlton, Noah Tester, Jeff Hatley, Mikey Ellison, and Zack Gray.
