Nicholas James Kappelman, age 6, of rural Manitowoc, son of John and Chris Kappelman, died Monday, May 18, 1992 at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. A close personal friend of the family, Rev. Tom Klusmeyer will officiate, with burial at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.
He was born February 7, 1986, in Manitowoc, son of John and Chris Pujanauski Kappelman. Nickie was in kindergarten at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran School.
Survivors include his parents, John and Chris of rural Manitowoc; a sister and two brothers, Rachel, Joshua and Matthew, all at home; maternal grandparents, Frank and Marion Pujanauski of Port Washington; paternal grandparents, Karl and Harriet Kappelman of rural Manitowoc; also aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, and at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
Memorials can be made to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran School or the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
